Personalised professional learning tailored for you
Research has shown that the most effective professional learning experiences are those that are tailored to your own learning needs and allow for effective follow-up and reflection.
The professional learning programs I offer are conducted over a longer period of time, from two weeks up to a term. We start with a preparation and planning session where I get to know your needs, before we set personalised professional learning goals and develop an action plan together. Your practice is supported through classroom visits and follow-up reflection sessions throughout the program. At the end of the program we are able to reflect on your success and the increased student learning outcomes.
